DMP undertake Dilapidation Inspection in Bristol

DMP undertook a site inspection in Bristol last week to follow up our dilapidation’s schedule issued earlier in the year.

The works to be undertaken were quite substantial and had taken the tenant around 9 months to complete. The property was to be sub-let and our client had requested that we travel over to Bristol. We were requested to inspect the works and agree that the property was suitable for a tenant to take occupation.

The site inspection and travelling took an entire day to complete. However, being able to use the WI-FI on South Westerns speedy service meant we could work on the move and keep in contact with all other clients.
