DMP called to undertake Subsidence Inspection in Tunbridge Wells

DMP attended site this week investigating substantial cracking at a property local to our offices in Tunbridge Wells.

Following the home owner noticing cracks forming in various places over the property; concerns grew. Moreover these cracks were appearing on the internal and external parts of the building over a watched 12-month period. 

Therefore DMP inspected the building and concluded there was movement due to subsidence and works to remedy the situation were suggested.

We are currently liaising with a local Structural Engineer to design the works required to make the property stable. We will be discussing options with the Client over the coming weeks.

DMP regularly undertake management of these types of rectification works; having completed similar roles at properties in South London and Kent during 2017-2018.
