DMP’s Employee of the Month

And last month’s Employee of the Month goes to… Claudine, our Financial Administrator!

“Claudine has demonstrated a range of company values during October including Excellence, Client Focus and Smart People. 

Claudine shares her ideas on new ways of working and offers her talents to support these. She has recently undertaken an external First Aid training course which will enable her to assist and share this knowledge to the DMP team should it be required. 

Claudine has continued to build effective relationships with our external clients, maintaining excellent communication and regular contact.

Claudine has been a fountain of knowledge and has provided “on the job” training to two new members of staff. She has been readily available to ask questions and support the team, always demonstrating a positive and welcoming approach, whilst ensuring that her own quality, standards and work tasks are achieved.
