DMP’s November Employee of the Month

A huge congratulation to Samuel for achieving Novembers Employee of the Month. Sam was nominated by a number of people for successfully working hard towards the DMP values, delivering Excellence, Smart People and Ethics.

Sam has shown dedication to DMP and his University course, working late while successfully balancing this with his daily duties. He continues to develop his knowledge through his studies and applies this practically, which in turn has enabled Sam to work with additional speed in some tasks. Sam maintains a positive attitude to training and development which champions our “Smart People” value.

During November Sam has taken on additional responsibilities which are also an excellent further development opportunity. The whole team and DMP will benefit from Sam’s commitment to training. Thank you for your hard work and congratulations!
