Feasibility undertaken by DMP for client on site in Tonbridge

DMP’s on-going journey led us to Tonbridge recently to provide a Feasibility Study on behalf of a Client looking to purchase a substantial plot of land.  The prospective vision was to construct warehousing space for a well-known local company.

The services DMP provided included a report discussing and analysing local planning policies as well as the potential development of the scheme including three CAD drawn options and advice regarding high-level construction costs for the scheme.

“But wait…What is a Feasibility Study?!”

These are preliminary assessments carried out in the early stages of a proposed Project. They are usually requested when a project is on the larger side or of more intricate design.

These studies can include Planning Permission, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Budget Analysis, and so on.  

All which make up a Project’s ‘Feasibility’, advising the overseers on how to safely, environmentally and professionally construct the proposed structure.
