“Double Bubble” GRANTED Planning on Mixed Use Property in Tunbridge Wells

As per our newsfeed on 18th September 2023 DMP previously achieved granted planning permission for internal and external alterations to the upper floors of a mixed-use unit that comprises of Class E office space at the lower ground and ground floors and residential use over the first, second, and third floors.

Following on from the granted external and internal alterations to the property, DMP sought approval and has since had a Prior Approval application granted for the change of use to the Class E ground and lower ground floors into 2, spacious 1 bedroom flats.

DMP has obtained conditional Building Control approval for the plans for the upper floor works and will now submit plans for Building Control approval for the recently granted flats at the ground and lower ground floor.
