End of 12 months defects inspection undertaken in Chichester, West Sussex
DMP undertook with the Contractor on Wednesday 31st January an end of twelve month defects inspection of the residential conversion we undertook during late 2016 early 2017.
We are pleased to confirm that no latent defects have occurred and we have signed off the contractors End of Defects liability.
The conversion works at the time were completed to a high standard and in line with the detailed specification and to adhere to planning and Listed Building Consent.
