DMP carried out a full building survey on a four storey commercial office property in the centre of Tunbridge Wells.
Our client was seeking to provide revised office space with the investigation of potential redevelopment of the property and required a full survey.
The survey, specifically, was to identify any defects within the property owing to the lack of information available regarding the properties maintenance and upkeep.
Using our drone capabilities, DMP provided a full survey of all external elevation, roof and grounds.
In addition, a full measured survey was also achieved to provide a set of building plans. These were required for a variety of purposes, in this case, for redevelopment scheme development and floor area information for lease purposes.
