Full Building Survey undertaken in Crystal Palace

DMP undertook a full building survey of a residential property in Crystal Palace this week. The property was a 1950’s built semi-detached house set on a considerable hill closely located to the main high street.

The property had undergone renovations approximately 11 years ago to form an additional master bedroom, office and utility room provide generous accommodation.

The client had requested DMP to undertake the survey and had advised of their proposed plans for the property and concerns in regards to the existing building, which were considered during the survey.

Communications and discussions were held with the client following the survey to confirm on site findings with the full building survey report to follow shortly.
