Granted Planning Permission in Maidstone Week Street

We have successfully achieved granted planning permission for a client in Maidstone this week. The permission provides accommodation of 10 residential properties over a retail unit on the popular Week Street located closely to Fremlin Walk.

DMP undertook the full scheme development and completed CAD and 3D modelling drawings to aid the decision of the planners at Maidstone Borough Council. Due to the sensitive location the planning officer had a number of queries in relation to the scheme which DMP were able to discuss and resolve in full, in order to obtain the desired outcome.

In addition, DMP are currently working on two further planning schemes in Maidstone for differing clients which we are expecting to achieve similar positive conclusion.
