DMP initially carried out a Measured Survey in February 2022. Our team establish the existing drawings as a basis to develop the proposed scheme. Making sure to satisfy our clients brief and wish list.
Once the proposed scheme had been signed off by our client the plans were used to make up a planning package, including a householder application and Planning/Design & Access Statement, to be submitted to Wealden District Council Planning Department for consideration.
The proposal submitted included
- a front extension
- rear infill and conservatory extension
- 30 PV cells installed
- a new driveway arrangement to include a new 5 bar timber gate, post and wire fencing and brick entrance piers
During the planning consideration, DMP liaised directly with the planning officer to meet the requirements on materials and finishes in order to achieve granted permission.
The GRANTED decision notice was issued 1st of September.
