Helping Our Client with a Full Building Survey in Tonbridge

DMP undertook a full building survey of an attractive Victorian semi detached property in Tonbridge. The property over three floors includes attic room and recently completed ground floor extension.

Overall the property is found in good decorative finish and well maintained.

The detailed survey advised the proposed purchaser that the property would benefit from installation of mains feed/linked smoke and heat detection and replacement of existing plastic electrical distribution board to a metal casing as directed by 2016 Electrical Regulations.

DMP’s survey reports include immediate and essential repairs section with budget cost estimate for the proposed repairs and works.
