Heritage Planning Application
on Grade Listed building in Tenterden

A long standing client appointed DMP to prepare and submit full planning application and listed building consent to the Ashford Borough Council.

The planning application seeks approval to install 36 no. PV cells to the roof. Due to the nature and heritage of the building, the council requested extensive documentation.

DMP attended the property and undertook a detailed measured survey of the buildings elevations to produce existing and proposed elevations.

Furthermore, DMP prepared a Heritage Statement to submit alongside the applications in order the council can determine the proposals for the sustainable technologly on the Grade II listed building.
