IN PICTURES: Progressing Well in Bromley

Following our newsfeed 30th January DMP are pleased to report progress in Bromley on site prior to Covid-19 events. Demolition, Structural Alterations and Thermal upgrade to meet Part L on site have been progressing well.

DMP are monitoring the contractors progress in particular to Heath and Safety and CDM Regulations. DMP are appointed on behalf of the client to act as Principal Designer.

Prior to commencement DMP suggested the Contractor appointed an independent H&S consultancy and highly recommend Wiser Safety Consultants of Tonbridge in order all necessary site procedure and paperwork was in order.
