DMP make recent inspection in Wallington following easing of lockdown.
The contractor is now flying through the works now materials are being readily available for example plasterboard and plaster where there have been shortages.
The works are progressing well and to a very high standard. The first phase to provide 3 no. 1 bedroom flats shall be completed for mid summer 2020.
On behalf of the client we recommended the appointment of Harwood Approved Inspectors to oversee the Building Regulations approval.
