Insurance Reinstatement
to Office Building in Tunbridge Wells

On behalf of longstanding investment client DMP administers a building repairs contract in Tunbridge Wells.

However big or small the project, DMP enjoy working on a variety of projects and having received a call from our client to get to site as soon as possible following a vehicle strike, DMP acts as the 4th emergency service setting about to get the repairs mobilised.

A schedule of works was completed, including detailed drawings and careful consideration as the landlords office tenant were to remain during the repairs.

Competitive tenders were sought from DMP’s pre-selected contractor list in accordance with ISO9001 qualiy management certification.

Due to the complex location of the works, adjacent to an underground car park serving parking for approximately 90,000 sq.ft of office/retail space, careful consideration had to be made with respect scaffold access and the over works process.

A contractor was selected and works completed externally and internally in a steady although methodical fashion to the satisfaction of the Landlord, Tenant and Loss Adjuster.

As with all our clients, DMP provided “A Tailored Approch” to this project, in this instance galvanising our building survying and project management capabilities.
