Following the storms and high winds earlier last year, DMP were approached to specify and manage a set of insurance reinstatement works.
As shown in the images, the failure and total collapse of a chimney stack falling into the property through the roof of the Victorian High Street location in Tunbridge Wells. Unfortunatley causing extensive damage both internally and externally.

DMP worked closely with our client and their appointed loss adjusters, the tenants of the property and their business, adjoining tenants and owners along with the appointed main contractors.
Importantly, DMP were able to rectify the damage, within the budget and agreed insurance claim.
