Interesting Measured Survey in Wallington

DMP instructed by an existing client to undertake a detailed measured survey on a substantial Victorian property in Wallington. The former bank premises and vacant self contained offices requires substantial refurbishment and external repairs.

In readiness, designed by our in house architectural technicians, detailed planning drawings for a rear ground and first floor extension. We are also commissioned to produce the building regulation drawings for the conversion of first, second, and third floors to provide new residential apartments. In addition, significant internal alterations to the existing ground floor.
