DMP lead Landlord’s Works in Crawley

DMP have been instructed to undertake Landlords Works at a property in Crawley, for the new letting of the ground floor to a retail tenant.

Works shall include a new shop front, internal structural alterations, to provide a self-contained ground floor unit. New access arrangement for future conversion of the upper parts and general building fabric repairs.

Works due to commence on site early 2017.
