Having successfully completed the conversion of redundant offices on Wallington High Street to provide 3 no. 1 bedroom flats. Our client engaging DMP professional services to;
- create detailed structural and building regulations drawings, achieving varying reserved planning condition permissions
- managing new incoming utilities
- preparing Fire Risk Assessments
- preparing Energy Statements
Furthermore, we have recently secured planning permission on the rear of the site to provide an additional ‘Live/Work Unit’. Comprising of ground floor work/office space and 1 bedroom flat at first floor level.
Our architectural team have prepared the detailed planning drawings, supporting Planning and Design and Access Statement. In addition to strengthen the application, a detailed Energy Statement including design SAPS to demonstrate that the proposed unit shall achieve at least 19% reduction in CO2 emissions and 10% reduction in CO2 emissions based on renewal energy generation.
DMP are now to develop the detailed construction drawings in order the contractor can commence on site in the New Year!
