Mammoth Measured Survey Project undertaken in the West Country

On behalf of large Student Portfolio Investment Company DMP have recently undertaken Measured Surveys in Bristol and Falmouth.

Over two weeks of surveys the inspections comprised of:

• 55,000 sq. ft of HMO accommodation over;
• 12 properties providing;
• 216 bedrooms and
• 97 bathrooms

On completion of each Measured Survey DMP’s experienced team of Architectural Technician’s set about preparing the detailed as existing floor plans.

In additional to typical information the drawings included details on building services, room measurements and measurements.

As always, throughout the process the client was kept updated at all times.
