DMP complete a detailed feasibility study with respect proposed extensions and internal alterations of a five bedroom detached house with sloping garden in Brattlewood Road, Sevenoaks
This included a measured survey of the whole house, focusing on the levels around the garage and rear garden. Ensuring we have gleaned required information for the consideration of single/two storey additions and possible split level accommodation at ground floor.
DMP’s experienced team of CIAT accredited Architectural Technicians are drawing up existing floor plans. Including, elevations and options for a proposed extensions, internal alterations and feature fenestration to the front elevation.
We shall be submitting detailed planning application to Sevenoaks District Council late Summer for the works once the client has agreed to the final design concept.
