DMP undertake measured survey of light industrial unit over two floors in Borough Green on behalf of pension fund client.
DMP were tasked with assisting the landlord in order obtain up to date information on the internal layout & footprint of the property. Our client acquired the property off-plan in the 1980s. Since then, the property has had varying internal alterations.
The DMP drawings will assist our client to re-evaluate the current accommodation. With possible further alterations to sub-divide the accommodation.
