DMP were tasked with assisting the landlord in order obtain up to date information on the internal layout & footprint of the property. Our client acquired the property off-plan in the 1980s. Since then, the property has had varying internal alterations.

The DMP drawings will assist our client to re-evaluate the current accommodation. With possible further alterations to sub-divide the accommodation.
