Mid-Way on 18 Week Project on Horsted Keynes Manor

We are delighted to report that works are progressing at Horsted Keynes manor and now mid-way through the 18 week contract period.

Following on from our news feed on 8th June the construction of the new first floor extension, orangery and substantial internal alterations is well underway.

The bespoke orangery is in fabrication and successfully sub-contracted to a local joinery firm in East Grinstead. In addition the firm is providing the sash windows to the first floor and others throughout the property.

Our specialist contractor is working within a tight deadline whist taking on further instructions. These additions include rewiring existing house, revised plumbing and heating installation. Specifically, to satisfy Building Control they are providing a supplementary soak away for the additional works.

Our Project Manager is confident the first phase of this complex project will be completed timely.

Proudly our Client is impressed with the comprehensive craftsmanship and as a result DMP shall be moving onto an additional part of the manor, providing a newly designed artist studio.
