Further Movements on Conversion Project in Woolwich

DMP on request by the client have negotiated a 20 week Contract for the conversion of the uppers parts of a property in the Royal Borough of Greenwich to provide 3 no. 2 bedroom apartments.  Works have commenced on site this week and over the forth coming months shall see substantial building fabric and structural repairs being undertaken. DMP shall be Project Managing the works and the new incoming services. Expected handover is February 2018. Keep an eye out for progress photos.
