MUCH NEEDED Office Accommodation nears Completion in Tunbridge Wells

Following on from our newsfeed on the 20th March DMP are successfully Project Managing the refurbishment of the Corn Exchange in The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells.

Works are progressing well with a replacement Atrium glazed roof. The new roofing system includes a mechanical ventilation system and LED lighting, which is now complete.

DMP are administering the varying contracts between the client, contractor and sub contractors. All building works are on time and to a high quality. Activity on the exterior fabric of this famous Grade II listed building is underway with sympathetic render and masonry repairs, decorations and roof overhauls.

Significantly, Phase 1 to be ready by mid-July and will deliver twelve self-contained office suites. Phase 2 to be completed in the Autumn of 2019 and shall provide a co-working space to the Galleria contributing sixty hot desks.
