Project Update: Following on from our newsfeed of 3rd May 2023 works continue to progress in connection with providing extended and refurbished commercial accommodation for proposed new Pure Gym on behalf of our landlord client.
The building has been provided with a new brick slip façade system at first floor and new shop front at ground floor. A new curtain walling system and entrance doors will be installed to infill extension shortly.
In order to satisfy the Pure Gym and allowing possible future extensions to the property DMP have been working closely with Anderson Acoustics in order the walls/ceilings are appropriately acoustically upgraded.
The rear first floor extension piled foundations are complete with steel erection due to be erected in late September in order to provide much needed additional accommodation over new car parking spaces to the rear.
