New Client Swiftly requests Five EPCs in Sevenoaks!

DMP LLP was recently asked to carry out five Energy Performance Certificates at an industrial estate in Sevenoaks, Kent for a new client.

The industrial units comprised of approximately 45,000 square feet accommodating 4 differing tenants.

The client required the EPCs as swiftly as possible which set DMP into action, completing the onsite works immediately. We liaised with the property manager for the estate who kindly arranged access to all units, allowing for the quick turnaround that was required.

DMP’s works included Measured Survey and Data Gathering to collate the information regarding the construction materials and fittings & finishes so that the calculations could be completed for the EPC Certificates.
