NEW mixed use accommodation coming to Haywards Heath

Progress is moving along and to schedule on South Road, Haywards Heath . Phase 1 of works, demolition and strip out including render and roof repairs, is now complete. Nicely moving into Phase 2.

Based on our monthly inspections, we were able to identify the completion of each element of works at each stage in light of the contractors valuations, exposing areas which were incomplete. DMP have addressed the valuations by issuing to all parties concerned monthly progress reports including photographic schedules, amended valuations and certificates of payment to the client.

With the Asbestos strip out and demolition phase now complete DMP are now finalising details for new extensions and internal alterations to commence in early 2021 to provide enhanced retail accommodation at ground floor and extended accommodation for D1 use at first floor. A further planning application is currently being prepared for consideration by Mid Sussex Council for roof extensions and conversion of second floor to provide residential accommodation.
