NEW Project Management Role in Dunstable

DMP were onsite in Bedfordshire this week visiting a property in Dunstable. 

We are instructed to project manage a conversion from a disused Chinese restaurant retail unit to residential flats. 

Works have commenced with a view to the new flats being ready to market for sale early 2020.
