Office Expansion in Tunbridge Wells

On behalf of an existing client DMP have successfully achieved GRANTED planning permission for extended commercial office accommodation in Tunbridge Wells Conservation Area.

Our client acquired an 1990’s office building adjacent to their well-established business. DMP provided solutions on how to link their existing accommodation with the new commercial accommodation.

DMP surveyors set about and undertook a measured survey of the two existing buildings. Our architectural team prepared a feasibility review of possible layouts in order to link the two buildings together.

A layout was agreed and final planning drawings were submitted to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council for consideration.

Full planning permission was granted without pre-commencement reserved conditions for the erection of first floor extension to enable the linking of the two buildings, replacement dormers, new external staircase configuration and internal alterations.
