On Target in Chichester

Over-time DMP have been Project Managing a conversion of former offices to residential, in a listed building on South Street, Chichester.

Works have been progressing well and to a high standard by the appointed Contractor. The remaining plans include external decorations and internal finishes, with an expected handover to the Client in late February.

We are pleased with the development so far and the project is currently on schedule and budget. We look forward to a successful and positive handover next month.
