Outstanding Employer Contribution Awarded to DMP

DMP proudly awarded Outstanding Employer Contribution by Education Business Partnership Kent.

Specifically, DMP have hosted three work experience candidates from Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys, Ardingly College & Tonbridge School.

A fulfilling week coaching with all candidates learning real-time work experience. Spending time across a variety of business areas, learning valuable skills, while understanding the importance of building effective relationships.

Ardingly College student comments;

“It was interesting to understand all the different elements that go into surveying and how the departments work together. The newsfeed exercise was interesting and the finance task was useful as I can see a potential career in that sector. Overall an valuable and enjoyable week.”
