Planning Application Approved for Broadwater Street West, Worthing

Following on from our previous news update, DMP are thrilled to announce that we have now secured Planning Permission for a property in Worthing.

Specifics being for a ‘Change of Use’, which will allow the upper parts to be converted into a self-contained residential unit and permission to transition from A2 to A3!
