Planning application submitted in Horsted Keynes

DMP have submitted a planning application for Householder Planning for a kitchen extension and the raising of the roof ridge over first floor.

This five bedroom Georgian style house is located in the quaint village of Horsted Keynes.

DMP have produced a detailed planning package for the applicants renovations. The extension will form a large new kitchen to the rear of the property.

The submission will also enable the raising of the roof eaves at first floor to form a new dressing room and en-suite. The aim is to improve extend the property whilst maintaining the aesthetic of this period home.
