Planning Application Submitted in Woolwich!

Working with the landlord and a perspective tenant, we currently await planning and listed building consent with for a large retail unit!

Combined from two smaller units, following the completed redevelopment part of the project given by Travelodge, which was set especially for the UK’s hosted 2012 Olympic Games!  

Presently, once permission is granted, we shall be working closely with the Contractor and Conservation Officer to provide the completed shell unit for handover to the tenant for their own fit out.
