Planning Appraisal completed in Southwark

No rest for the wicket for DMP, we have been busy on the lead up to Christmas. Our surveyors undertaking an inspection of a vacant retail and office accommodation on Lordship Lane. Our client has recently purchased the property and requires detailed planning feasibility.

Lordship Lane is an ancient thoroughfare, once rural, in East Dulwich in the London Borough of Southwark.

Our brief is to consider the planning viability of the site prior to moving forward with the detailed planning applications.

During the inspection our surveyor recorded the varying uses of the retail frontages, together with the vacant accommodation for the proposed feasibility.

We look forward to working with the client in bringing a new lease of life back into the dilapidated building.
