DMP were approached and instructed to obtain change of use on a mid-terraced mixed use property situated on the High Street in Maidstone.
The unit consisted of financial services use at ground floor with the first and second floors being used as office space. The planning permission was required to allow change the use of the upper parts to form residential accommodation. The approval has now been granted in full on first submission for 2 no. 2 bedroom flats.
