Planning Approval for Queen’s Road in Hastings

DMP were approached and instructed to re-apply for planning permission on a large terraced property situated on one of the main shopping streets in Hastings.

The unit consists of a retail space at ground floor with the first, second and third floors being used as ancillary storage.

The planning reapplication follows success in 2009 where DMP obtained change of use for 6 no. 1 bed flats to first/second and third floors. Hastings Borough Council have granted full planning permission.
