Planning APPROVED for Scheme in Dorking
DMP to announce that we have successfully secured planning permission from Mole Valley Council for a property in Dorking.
Currently used as a vacant office building, the proposal involves a rear ground and first floor extension. Raising the eaves to provide a first floor extension and creation of accommodation within the new roof pitch. Importantly, this development will create a total of 9, studio, one and two bedroom flats.
We undertook a series of planning applications on the site as part of our planning strategy which we recommended to the client.
In addition, we submit a Flood Risk Assessment as the site is just within Flood Risk Zone 2. Working closely with the Planning Officer at Mole Valley and the Technical Officer at the Environment Agency we were able to satisfy all requirements during the consultation period.
