The cottage is a semi detached grade II listed thatched roof cottage, located in a small village in Wherwell, Andover.
DMP undertook the measured survey and prepared existing drawings, including floorplans, elevations and section.
Our client provided DMP with a specific brief “wish list” on what they were looking to achieve. Our skilled Architectural Technicians prepared the as proposed drawings of floorplans, elevations and section to the clients brief and created a planning set of drawings to include location and site block plans, ready to be submitted to planning.
On this occasion the client was submitting the planning application themselves, with the intension of coming back to DMP when Building Regulations drawings were required.
Our team have thoroughly enjoyed working with this beautiful building. We look forward to progressing it further in due course.
Its worth mentioning that, working with 13 Councils across London and Southeast, from March 2021 to March 2022, DMP proudly achieved 86.4% successful Planning Application outcomes.
