Following our newsfeed from 19^th February 2019 DMP have received granted planning permission from Bromley Borough Council to convert existing retail and storage at first and second floors, plus to add an extension at third floor, to provide four new residential flats.

The terraced 1950’s property located in the heart of Bromley is currently occupied by a temporary retail tenant who is not occupying the accommodation to its maximum use. Our detailed drawings including elevations, together with supporting information, such as Planning, Design & Access Statement and details on proposed acoustic measures received full approval by the Planning Officer with no pre-commencement conditions.
