Planning GRANTED for six new detached dwellings in Kingston Upon Thames

Working closely with our planning consultant partners at Kember Loudon Williams (KLW) during the last twelve months we have successfully achieved planning permission for the demolition of existing houses and redevelopment of the site to provide six detached dwellings.

The proposal provides 4 x five bedroom and 2 x 3 bedroom houses with associated garages/car ports, parking, internal access and associated landscaping.

DMP undertook the initial measured and topographical survey of the site. Working closely with the client and KLW to develop feasibility studies, through to detailed concept design including 3d imaging. 

The proposal as granted will provide valuable housing not only to The Borough of Kingston Upon Thames needs but wider London needs. Provide comprehensive redevelopment of an existing under-utilised residential site.

The site located to the north of New Malden district centre has a good selection of individual services and facilities. This development and design will minimise impact on residential amenity, trees, ecology, drainage, heritage and highway assets.

Furthermore, this planning permission which will remove existing aged dwelling stock which has a relatively poor energy efficiency standard. The new proposed housing will be replaced with high quality housing which would meet if not exceed all current Building Regulation requirements.
