Planning Granted for New Build Flats in Woolwich, London

We are delighted to say that we have recently received planning permission for the creation of nine new build flats in Woolwich, London.

The scheme will see the construction of new second and third floor levels along with the conversion and change of use of the first floor level to provide the new residential units. These shall reside over a ground floor retail unit which is to undergo the installation of a new shop front.

DMP are currently administering and preparing detailed tender packages for our client with the view to the project being completed in Summer 2017. We shall keep you updated with progress along the way!
