The property currently comprises of a reatail unit at ground floor and offices over first and second, located in the heart of Bromley High Street.

Our client approached DMP to obtain residential use into the first and second floors, whilst retaining the office use to the rear of the property.

First stage, DMP undertook a measured survey to produce existing floorplans and elevations to form the basis for designing 2 x residential units over the first and second floors.

Once the change of use drawings had been prepared, they were submitted alongside a permitted development application to Bromley Council.

The APPROVED decision notice was issued within the 8 week determination period.
