Planning: Mole Valley Council for Change of Use Class C3
DMP receives this week planning decision with respect two Prior Notification applications for the conversion of a detached office building. Proposal is for Change of Use B1 class to provide 4 or 5 residential dwellings.
The interesting schemes have been drawn up by our in-house architectural team in order to achieve layouts that meet minimum room standards and Approved Documents.
In addition, DMP have undertook and prepared a detailed Flood Risk Assessment as the site lies within Flood Risk Zones 2 & 3. With careful consideration made to the proposed internal floor layouts. Specifically detailing the floor levels after reviewing a detailed topographical survey of the site.
Our team worked closely with the planning officer at Mole Valley District Council. In partnership we have responded to and provided necessary updated and supporting information.
DMP are now instructed to submit two further detailed planning applications including elevation drawings for consideration. The planning decision is expected at the end of May 2019.
