Planning Permission and Change of Use
Granted for various Properties in Woolwich

On behalf of a Large Investment Portfolio, we have successfully obtained various planning approvals, from the Royal Borough of Greenwich, for the Change of Use on several properties located in Woolwich town centre.

Furthermore the properties now have permission for the upper parts to be converted into flats, along with the ground floors and basements being used as self-contained retail units.

The Scheme compromised of a total of: x10 one and two bed units and creation of approximately 8,500 sqft of Retail space.
