Planning Permission Granted in Beresford Square, London
DMP has been instructed to obtain Planning Approval for change of use to the 2nd floor of a large office block in the borough of Greenwich.
DMP managed to obtain full approval on its first submission involving ‘Change of Use’ from B1 to D1.
The tenant has now completed lease negotiations with the landlord and successfully operating from their new town centre facility.
