Conversion Creations underway for Murray’s Yard

DMP have successfully secured Planning Permission to convert two existing flats into five, new one-bedroom units.

Having received a brief from our client, who initially was looking to refurbish the existing flats, following termination of the lease! We started things off by recommending that a proposal, to enhance the property’s layouts, would be advantageous.

Through a heavily thought out developed scheme for the project; making sure we adhered to minimum design standards and the Royal Borough of Greenwich planning policies, Planning Permission was granted.

Presently, the works have been tendered and DMP shall be Contract Administrating the project on the Client’s behalf.  Upon completion, the aim is that the keys shall be handed over to new tenants in early 2017.
