Planning Permission successfully granted in Horsted Keynes

DMP have successfully secured granted Planning Permission for a substantial kitchen extension and the raising of roof ridge over first floor.

This five bedroom Georgian style house constructed in 1997 is located in the quaint village of Horsted Keynes, West Sussex.

The plans involve replacing on orangery with new orangery to create a single storey kitchen extension, as well as to raise the roof ridge over the first floor to create a side extension containing the master bedroom’s ensuite and dressing room.

A range of works were undertook prior to submitting all planning documents, including a scheme development of various options and the property, structural appraisal and detailed planning drawings.

DMP are about to proceed with tenders for the works, with an exciting start date for the New Year.
